Advised senior facilities management on maintenance policy, practices, and budget strategies. Authored draft Maintenance Management mission statement and policies. Devised five-year capital maintenance financial plan. Co-authored the campus asbestos action plan and was responsible for training and coordination of the Cornell Asbestos Response Team. Supervised special projects for Facilities and Campus Services including the creation of temporary space and the asbestos management program. Provided facilities cost portion of 1991 Precinct Plan including capital projections for 25 years and replacement cost algorithm for over 100 campus facilities.
